We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Developer to design, develop, implement, and support IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Maximo configuration, customization, integrations, workflow development, and system support. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable Maximo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain IBM Maximo applications and customizations.
- Configure Maximo modules, workflows, escalation processes, and automation scripts.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, and Java technologies.
- Customize Maximo using MBO framework, Java SDK, and scripting tools.
- Create and maintain BIRT reports and reporting solutions.
- Deploy and support applications in IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.
- Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases for data management and troubleshooting.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Participate in Maximo upgrades, patching, testing, and system enhancements.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security best practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management
- Expertise in Java, Java SDK, and MBO Framework
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML
- Experience with Maximo Automation Scripts and Workflows
- Familiarity with BIRT Reporting
- Strong database knowledge in Oracle and SQL Server
- Experience with SAML Authentication
- Understanding of Maximo deployment, configuration, and support activities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with Maximo upgrades and integrations.
- Knowledge of enterprise asset management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Required: 5+ Years of IBM Maximo Development Experience
