Role Descriptions: Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure solutions using IBM FileNet P8| ICN| Case ManagerBAW| or OpenText Content ServerxECM.

Implement workflows| metadata models| content classifications| and repositories.

Customize ECM features using Java| JavaScript| OScript| REST APIs| or WebReports.

Integrate ECM platforms with applications like SAP| Salesforce| or custom portals.

Perform system administration installations| upgrades| workplace setup| and performance tuning.

Troubleshoot L2L3 issues| including workflow failures| integration errors| and repository performance.Create technical documentation design documents| test cases| deployment guides.

Ensure content security| retention policies| and compliance standards.
