Role Description The IBDP French Language Educator will design and deliver engaging French language lessons aligned with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) curriculum. This full-time, on-site role in Rajkot involves planning units of inquiry, preparing instructional materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The educator will create a supportive classroom environment that promotes linguistic proficiency, intercultural understanding, and academic integrity.

Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating interactive lessons, integrating technology and IB pedagogy,



participating in department and staff meetings, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, and contributing to school initiatives, events, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience in delivering language instruction, preferably in IBDP or similar international curricula.
- Competence in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured learning experiences and support student skill development.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and spoken English and advanced proficiency in French.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with IB philosophy, assessment practices, and student-centered pedagogies.
- Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms and work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
- Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Prior experience teaching secondary or senior secondary students and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
