About the Role

Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and technically interested fresher to join our Industrial Automation Sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial automation solutions such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Sensors, and Control Panels, while interacting with clients and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Industrial Automation
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Promote PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Sensors, and Control Panel solutions
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with technical and project teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Travel for client meetings and site visits as required

Skills & Requirements

- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Sensors, and Control Panels
- Good communication and presentation skills




- Solid interest in Technical Sales / Business Development
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
- Willingness to travel for client and site visits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Freshers with an interest in Industrial Automation are encouraged to apply

Salary ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Based on skills, knowledge, and performance.
