About The Job:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in Silverfort, a cutting-edge identity protection platform.

- This role will be responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing management of Silverfort’s identity threat detection and protection capabilities across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure

Essential Job Functions:

Silverfort Platform Management

- Deploy, configure, and maintain the Silverfort platform across on-premises and cloud environments.

- Integrate Silverfort with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), VPNs, PAM, and other IAM systems.

- Implement adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA), risk-based access policies, and real-time access monitoring.

- Monitor identity-related threats and respond to suspicious activity using Silverfort’s analytics and alerts.

Security & Compliance:

- Collaborate with security teams to define and enforce identity protection policies.

- Ensure compliance with internal security standards and external regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA).





- Conduct regular audits and assessments of identity access and authentication flows.

Automation & Integration:

- Develop scripts and automation for policy enforcement, reporting, and incident response.

- Integrate Silverfort with SIEM, SOAR, and other security tools for enhanced visibility and response.

- Support Zero Trust and least privilege access initiatives.

Support & Documentation:

- Provide Tier 3 support for identity security incidents and platform issues.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Silverfort or similar identity protection platforms.

- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, Kerberos, OAuth).

- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Silverfort Certified Professional (if available).

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Security certifications.

- Experience with Zero Trust architecture and identity threat detection.

- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and REST APIs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- High attention to detail and a proactive security mindset.
