EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Diploma / B. Tech / BE in Mechanical

WORK EXPERIENCE (Industry, Area of experience, Years of Experience)

- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution.
- Experience in handing chilled water , DX & VRF Jobs
- Experience in High-Rise Residential / Commercial Building projects.
- Exposure to large-scale construction project execution preferred.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES To execute and monitor HVAC works at project sites by ensuring adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, safety requirements, and budgetary controls. The role is responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination with stakeholders, contractor management, and timely completion of HVAC installations in line with project delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. HVAC Site Execution

- Execute HVAC works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor installation of HVAC systems including:

- Chilled Water Systems

- VRV/VRF Systems

- Ventilation Systems

- Ducting Works

- AHU / FCU Installation
- Exhaust and Fresh Air Systems

- Equipment installation
- Testing Commissiong and Handing Over
- Ensure execution activities are completed as per project milestones.
- Ensuring timely billing to client .

. 2. Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with Civil,



Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Architectural teams to ensure smooth execution and interface management.
- Participate in project planning meetings and monitor execution progress.
- Identify site constraints and proactively resolve execution issues.

3. Contractor & Resource Management

- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for timely execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and work quality.
- Ensure availability of materials and equipment at site.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure execution is carried out as per:

- Approved drawings

- Technical specifications

- Company SOPs

- Quality and safety standards
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

5. Quantity Verification & Billing Support

- Verify executed quantities and support preparation of contractor bills.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

6. Safety Management

- Ensure compliance with EHS and site safety protocols.
- Promote secure work practices across execution teams.

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain site records including:

- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)

- Material Tracking

- Work Completion Status

- Inspection Reports
- Testing & Commissioning Documentation
- Prepare periodic MIS and progress reports.
