Mechanical Engineer - SDE/ACE****Role & Responsibilities

- Lead design, engineering, and execution of HVAC systems for Oil & Gas, Green Hydrogen,

Compressed Biogas, and chemical process projects
- Perform end-to-end HVAC design for process buildings, control rooms, substations, and utility areas

• Carry out heat load calculations, equipment sizing, duct and piping design, and airflow analysis • Develop and review technical documents including P&IDs;, datasheets, BOQs, specifications, and control philosophies
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ASHRAE, API, IEC, NFPA, and project-specific requirements
- Integrate HVAC systems with hazardous area classifications and explosion-proof requirements
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil disciplines




- Evaluate vendor proposals and conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE)
- Support site activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Ensure HVAC systems meet HSE, energy efficiency, and sustainability objectives

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E. (Mechanical) with 8 -12 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems in process and energy industries
- Experience in heat load calculations, equipment sizing, and system integration
- Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, API, IEC, NFPA)
- Experience in vendor coordination, TBE, and site support
- Strong coordination and communication skills
