HVAC Consultant with strong capability in planning, design coordination, technical review, tender support, construction supervision, testing & commissioning, and performance optimization of HVAC and building mechanical systems. Experienced in translating project requirements into safe, energy-efficient, maintainable and code-compliant solutions while coordinating closely with architects, MEP consultants, structural teams, contractors, vendors and clients.

· HVAC load estimation and heat-load calculations

· HVAC system selection and comparative technical evaluation

· Central chilled-water systems, VRF/VRV, DX and package systems

· Airside design: AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, fresh-air and exhaust systems

· Duct sizing, static-pressure calculations and air-distribution design

· Chilled-water piping, pump selection, pressure-drop calculations and hydronic balancing

· Equipment room planning, plant-room layouts and service clearances

· Ventilation and indoor-air-quality assessment

· Smoke management, pressurization and mechanical ventilation coordination

· Energy-efficiency assessment and HVAC optimization

· Acoustic and vibration considerations for HVAC installations

Working knowledge of applicable local building regulations and project specifications, together with relevant HVAC, fire/life-safety, energy and indoor-setting standards such as ASHRAE, NBC, IS standards and project/client-specific requirements. Capable of preparing compliance checklists and identifying deviations for corrective action.
