Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. The specialist will administer HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, support performance management processes, and assist in resolving employee queries.

Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, organizing training initiatives,



and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills with experience handling daily HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Management practices and HR Policies, including implementation and compliance.
- Ability to administer and manage Employee Benefits and related documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools for reporting and record-keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in an HR role within manufacturing, construction, or building materials sectors is preferred.
