About the Role

As an HR Specialist, you will support HR Operations by managing employee records, auditing HR documents, maintaining data quality, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will work closely with HR systems and processes that support employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming document audits, ingestion, and indexing into document storage systems for retention.
- Conduct timely audits of team member records to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Maintain production and quality service standards.
- Utilize online resources and process documentation to support daily operations.
- Support Service Delivery during Business Continuity Planning (BCP) situations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
- Mentor and support new team members and contractors.
- Participate in process testing, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Deliver results with a short learning curve.




- Follow HR best practices while handling confidential information.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience working in US HR Operations environments.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, MyTime, Kronos, or UKG Pro is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive team-player attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Significant Callouts

✅ Weekend work may be required based on business needs.

✅ Employees may be required to work on company holidays. In such instances, compensatory time off (Comp Off) will be provided.
