We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible HR Payroll Executive to manage employee payroll operations and support day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, collecting attendance and leave data, processing payroll, and coordinating with employees regarding salary-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll processing for Food Galery employees.

Collect and verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.

Maintain accurate employee salary and payroll records.

Process new employee additions, salary revisions, promotions, and exits.

Calculate deductions, incentives, bonuses, and other salary components.

Coordinate with HR and department managers to verify payroll information.

Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, and attendance.

Prepare and distribute monthly salary slips.

Maintain employee personal, employment, and payroll documentation.





Assist with onboarding and payroll setup for new employees.

Coordinate full-and-final settlement for employees leaving the organization.

Maintain payroll reports and monthly HR MIS reports.

Ensure payroll information is kept confidential and secure.

Support statutory payroll compliance and required documentation as applicable.

Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for timely salary processing.

Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Maintain proper records for audits and internal reporting.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HR and payroll processes.

Basic understanding of salary structures and deductions.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
