Role Overview

Humyn Labs is looking for a People Operations Specialist to build and streamline our HR systems, processes, and employee experience as we scale globally. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure efficient HR operations, smooth employee lifecycle management, and process automation - while keeping the human element at the center of everything we do.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone from a startup background who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving fast, and building processes from the ground up rather than just maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle - onboarding, documentation, transfers, and exit.
- Maintain and update employee records, documentation,



and HRIS data on Zimiyo.
- Ensure HR compliance, policies, and documentation are accurate and up to date.

Employee Experience

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and benefits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs that reinforce a robust, people-first culture.
- Bring empathy and sound judgment to sensitive employee situations.

Process & Automation
- Improve HR workflows, documentation, and operational processes as the company scales.
- Partner with internal teams to build automation-first HR operations, reducing manual work wherever possible.

HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and maintain HR metrics, reports, and workforce data.
- Build and support HR dashboards (Excel-based and via Zimiyo) to give leadership clear, timely insights.

What We Are Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle processes end to end.
- Working experience with Zimiyo HRMS (or a similar HRIS platform) is strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills - comfortable building trackers, reports, and dashboards independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong human values - empathy, discretion, and a genuine people-first approach.
- Exposure to HR documentation and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
