Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with finance, and supporting workforce planning across multiple sites and business segments. The HR Manager will also handle grievance resolution,



support training and development initiatives, and ensure adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and hygiene.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, working closely with operations and leadership teams to build a skilled, engaged, and compliant workforce.

- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi and support multi-location operations is essential.
