A Human Resource Manager directs all aspects of employment, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration, to cultivate a productive and legally compliant workplace.Core Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, conduct internal investigations, and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain high morale.

- Compliance Management: Ensure all workplace policies adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and workplace safety guidelines.

- Performance & Training: Administer annual performance evaluation frameworks and identify training needs to support employee career development.

- Compensation & Perks: Manage the administration of employee benefits packages,



payroll systems, and competitive compensation structures.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications: Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are highly preferred.

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Key Skills

- Deep knowledge of labor laws, employment legislation, and HR best practices.

- Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening skills.

- High proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
