Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a dynamic events and services organization. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

Manager will manage employee relations, handle grievance resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with TST Global’s values. The role also includes partnering with business leaders on training initiatives,



compensation and benefits administration, and HR reporting to support strategic decision-making.

- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to drive employee growth and accountability.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to sustain a positive work environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, HR operations, and compliance with labor and employment regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, learning and development support, and change management.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS tools to inform decisions and track HR metrics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role, preferably in events, services, or fast-paced growth organizations, is highly beneficial.
