Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations related to employee lifecycle management and workplace policies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore South and involves assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records.

The intern will help with onboarding processes, documentation, and communication of HR policies and procedures to team members.



Additional responsibilities may include supporting HR-related events, gathering feedback on employee engagement, and assisting with benefit administration and basic HR reporting.

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to understanding and supporting HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Advantages administration and basic coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
