Role Description The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, ensuring that people-related practices support the company’s growth and service standards. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Kolhapur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR policies, overseeing performance management, and supporting employee development initiatives.

The role will handle employee relations, benefits and attendance administration, and compliance with labor laws and company procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to manage hiring and staffing needs.
- Experience with performance management, training coordination, and employee development programs.
- Proficiency in HR policy implementation, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and basic payroll or benefits administration.
- Ability to use HR systems and office software (e.g., HRIS tools, spreadsheets, word processing).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role, preferably in a service or technical industry.
