Responsibilities

- Learning & Development
- Design and implement employee learning and development strategies
- Assess training needs and create annual training calendars
- Conduct leadership, behavioural, soft skills, and career development programmes
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability-building opportunities
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Employee Coaching & Mentoring
- Act as a senior coach and trusted Human Resources (HR) partner for employees
- Guide employees on career development, performance improvement, and workplace challenges
- Support managers in handling employee concerns and development planning
- Facilitate career conversations and succession planning initiatives





- Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programmes
- Conduct employee feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and focus groups
- Develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements

- Experience in learning and development, employee engagement, coaching, or a related HR function
- Ability to design and conduct leadership, behavioural, soft skills, and professional development programmes
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to assess employee feedback and training effectiveness and recommend appropriate improvement initiatives
