Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Kozhikode.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and perks in coordination with finance, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, handling conflict resolution, conducting periodic reviews, and advising management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and maintain high standards in employee experience.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation best practices.
- Experience with HRIS tools, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data reporting.
- Ability to design and support training, development, and talent retention initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certification is a plus.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, ideally in automotive or retail sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
