About the Role — HR Intern (Founders’ Office)

As an HR Intern at Skillinabox , you’ll be working closely with the Founders and HR Team to help shape the company’s people culture for our Fashion Designing and Make-up Artistry divisions. This role will give you hands-on exposure to real HR operations, hiring, engagement, and culture-building in a fast-scaling edtech & skilltech startup.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in talent acquisition — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for key roles.
- Help organize employee engagement activities , wellness programs, and feedback sessions.
- Support in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR databases.
- Coordinate with teams to understand hiring needs and improve candidate experience.
- Contribute to HR campaigns, events, and culture initiatives that keep our workplace buzzing.
- Learn and support core HR operations like attendance,



performance tracking, and HR analytics.
- Be part of brainstorming sessions with founders on growth, hiring strategies, and people experience.
