At Raise, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about hiring and connecting with great talent. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and business teams to support hiring and help build strong teams for our growth.

This is a 6 to 8 month internship role. Candidates who demonstrate solid performance, ownership, and consistency during the internship will have a high possibility of receiving a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join the HR team full-time.

Expected Role & Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen profiles and connect with potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews smoothly
- Support hiring managers with ongoing recruitment needs
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data in alignment with the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Support onboarding to ensure a seamless joining experience
- Help improve hiring processes and candidate experience

Who We’re Looking For:

- 1–2 years of internship / work experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who takes ownership and ensures timely closure
