About the Role
- We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern — Campus Team & Talent Operations who can help us build and manage the people behind CampSum’s campus expansion.
- This is not a traditional HR internship focused mainly on paperwork or recruitment support.
- Your primary responsibility will be to find the right people, onboard them, train them, keep them motivated, and help them become productive members of the CampSum team.
- You will work closely with the founder and have the opportunity to take ownership of important people and campus operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new sellers, employees, interns, and campus ambassadors.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure new members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Help build a strong and reliable campus team.
2. Training & Team Activation
- Train new team members and help them get started effectively.
- Communicate expectations, processes, and goals clearly.
- Follow up with team members and ensure they remain active and productive.
- Identify challenges affecting performance and help resolve them.
3. Team Management
- Maintain regular communication with team members.
- Motivate people and create a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution.
- Track team progress and proactively follow up where required.
- Gradually take responsibility for leading parts of the campus team.

- Help CampSum build a strong presence across BHU.
- Support campus-level hiring, team-building, and activation initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects that directly contribute to CampSum’s growth.

Building HR SystemsBecause we are an early-stage company, many systems are still being built. You may be involved in creating:
- Recruitment processes
- Onboarding systems
- Training material
- Team communication processes
- Performance-tracking systems
- Employee and intern engagement processes

Strong Preference for BHU StudentsSince our immediate goal is to expand CampSum across BHU, BHU students will be strongly preferred, particularly candidates who understand the campus environment and can build relationships within the university.

- Learn by Doing: You will gain practical startup experience by working on real problems rather than simply observing how a company operates.
- Real Impact: Your work can directly influence how CampSum builds its team and expands across the university.
- Certificate & Letter of Recommendation: Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from CampSum Private Limited.
- A Letter of Recommendation from the Founder may also be provided based on your performance, contribution, and conduct during the internship.
- Future Opportunities: CampSum is at an early stage and plans to scale. People who make significant contributions, demonstrate ownership, and consistently perform well will be strongly considered for future opportunities as the company grows.
