HR Intern — Aignosis (Jaipur, In office)

We're hiring an HR Intern who wants real hands-on experience — not coffee runs. At Aignosis, you'll be involved in actual recruitment, onboarding, and team-ops decisions from week one.

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000/month (performance-based)

What you'll actually do:

- Source and screen candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Support onboarding for new team members
- Maintain HR databases and documentation
- Help run team operations and internal events

You're a great fit if you:

- Are a recent graduate or final-year student
- Are genuinely curious about HR and recruitment (not just looking for any internship)




- Are detail-oriented, organized, and follow through
- Are comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
- Want to learn the craft, not just log hours
