Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening and interview coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support joining formalities, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Assist with probation, confirmation and exit-related HR processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data and other HR documentation.
- Support the preparation of HR policies, processes, letters, templates and employee communications.
- Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation under the guidance of HR Executives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training initiatives and performance management processes.
- Prepare HR trackers, reports, presentations, meeting notes and other client deliverables.
- Coordinate with employees and client stakeholders professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct basic HR research and support HR assignments across different client organisations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee and client information.





Who Can Apply?
- MBA is mandatory.
- Candidates pursuing or who have completed an Executive MBA, Part-time MBA or Distance MBA can apply.
- Freshers are welcome; prior work experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates with an interest in HR and a willingness to learn through practical assignments.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, policies or labour laws will be an added advantage.
