HR Executive – UNIQZ Technologies

UNIQZ Technologies is looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Executive to join our team in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for an HR professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience who can support recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave and other HR administration.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams on HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and workplace activities.
- Handle HR information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Good attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
