The hotel offers 136 luxurious rooms, 14 banquet halls, a multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant, a coffee shop, and an all-day bespoke buffet area, supported by round-the-clock room service.

Located on Central Bazaar Road in Ramdaspeth, the property serves business and leisure guests with premium hospitality and event services. Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full time, on-site role at Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur. The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, including:

- Recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Attendance and leave tracking
- Personnel record maintenance
- Implementation of HR policies and compliance
- Employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Supporting performance management processes
- Coordinating training programs and staff development





This role requires close collaboration with department heads to address staffing needs and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with hospitality service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management
- Experience in HR Operations : documentation, administration, recruitment, onboarding
- Skills in Employee Relations : handling concerns, engagement, workplace respect
- Knowledge of HR Policies : labor laws, compliance, policy implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Beneficial skills: communication, interpersonal, organizational abilities, MS Office/HR software proficiency
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is highly desirable
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
