About Company
Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company. We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
- Support payroll inputs and HR compliance
- Prepare HR MIS reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives
Required Skills
- Robust recruitment and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple openings
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Software Skills
- MS Office
- HRMS softwares
- Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant degree
- Construction/interior industry experience preferred
