Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management. The role includes maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations issues professionally and confidentially. The HR Executive will coordinate recruitment activities, assist in training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore,



requiring close collaboration with management and employees to support a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Management and HR Operations skills to oversee daily human resources activities and processes.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a fair, transparent, and compliant workplace.
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements; experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; qualified HR certifications are a plus.
