Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Salary Range: 7-10 Lakh

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to manage talent acquisition and compensation & benefits for our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary person responsible for direct hiring, vendor-led recruitment, salary negotiations, compensation benchmarking, and payroll, ensuring iQuanta attracts, pays, and retains the right talent efficiently and fairly.

Core Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

- Direct Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Salary Negotiation: Lead compensation discussions with prospective hires, balancing candidate expectations with internal equity and budget constraints.
- Vendor Recruitment: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors, including sourcing agreements, SLAs, and cost negotiation.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct market and industry benchmarking to inform pay bands, offer structures, and annual revisions.
- Payroll Management:



Own end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Employee Support: Address employee queries on pay, advantages, and statutory deductions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, or Compensation & Benefits role.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in direct hiring and managing recruitment vendors/agencies.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate salaries and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Payroll & Compliance: Working knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage candidates,

employees, and leadership effectively.

Preferred

- Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Tools: Experience with HRMS/payroll platforms (e.g., Keka) and compensation benchmarking surveys.
