52East is building AI-powered hiring. We’re looking for someone who uses AI every day, learns fast, and takes ownership of getting great people hired.
You’ll work directly with the founder to run hiring workflows, solve problems, and keep things moving.
What you’ll do
- Set up and manage AI agents on our platform, including complex technical configurations.
- Post jobs across platforms and find creative ways to reach strong candidates.
- Call candidates, answer questions, and follow up to get interviews and assignments completed.
- Review AI-generated work, catch mistakes, and maintain quality.
- Research unfamiliar roles, track hiring progress, and tackle whatever is blocking the next step.
Who you are
- You use AI daily and understand how it works,
including its limitations and how to evaluate its outputs.
- Comfortable with SaaS tools, complex technical configurations, and learning unfamiliar software.
- A resourceful researcher and creative problem-solver.
- Confident on calls, persistent with follow-ups, and sharp on details.
- You take initiative, adapt quickly, and follow through without constant reminders.
- Previous work experience is preferred. HR or recruitment experience is a big plus. Freshers with strong practical AI skills are welcome.
Engagement This starts as a 1-month paid contract , with the possibility of extension or a full-time role based on business demand and performance. Continuation is not guaranteed.
