Job Summary

Eco Friendly Tech Solutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Human Resource Specialist to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have robust recruitment and talent acquisition skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to interact with candidates and hiring teams.

Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
- Prepare and share interview invitations, selection communications, offer letters, and joining-related documents.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower needs.
- Track recruitment targets, interview schedules, selection ratios, and joining status.
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities as required.
- Ensure professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Educational Qualification
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) / Business Administration is preferred.
- Candidates with an MBA in a related specialization may also be considered.
- A Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience may also be considered.

Experience & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.




- Freshers with strong communication and recruitment skills may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills
- EdTech industry experience is an added advantage.
- Experience recruiting sales, trainers, academic, technical, and non-technical roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of candidate engagement and offer-to-joining conversion.
