Role Overview

RK Group is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support workforce requirements across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle bulk and frontline hiring for operational requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, documentation, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely joining and maintain candidate pipelines for critical positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Track recruitment TAT, offer-to-join ratio,



and hiring performance.
- Work closely with HR and Operations teams to fulfil manpower requirements.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, Retail, E-Commerce, FMCG, Railway Catering, or large-scale operations will be preferred.
