About the internship

General: This is a hands-on HR internship, with exposure to recruitment, training, HR consulting, client interaction, HR technology, and live organizational assignments.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career in HR - not simply complete an internship.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
2. Assist in training and development programmes.
3. Coordinate with candidates, employees and clients.
4. Participate in live client assignments, workshops and training programmes.
5. Support HR processes, documentation and technology initiatives.
6. Travel for training and client assignments.
7. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work independently.
8. Support office administration and operations as a team member ( Important Culture evaluation)

Other requirements

1. Aspiring graduates, BBA/BA/BSc Psychology, or HR graduates are welcome to apply.
2. MBA/PGDM in HR, MA/MSc in Psychology, or a related qualification will be preferred.
3. 02 years of experience; fresh MBA HR and Psychology candidates are also welcome to apply.
4. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Genuine interest in working with people, companies, and clients.
6. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and transparency.
7. Strong learning agility and willingness to learn HR, recruitment, and relevant technologies.
8. Energetic, hardworking, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
9. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
10. Strong interest in building a long-term career in HR and recruitment.
11. Prior recruitment or training experience/certification is an added advantage.
