WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a confident, energetic & people-oriented HR Executive who knows how to connect with people, handle recruitment, and keep things moving.

If you communicate well in English, have 1–2 years of HR experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Handle end-to-end recruitment & hiring
- Source, screen & shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews & follow-ups
- Manage employee onboarding & documentation
- Maintain attendance & leave records
- Handle day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate with employees & management
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Support employee engagement activities




- Help build a positive & productive work culture

WHAT WE EXPECT

- 1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
- Excellent English communication skills — MUST
- Confident and professional communication
- Strong interpersonal & people-handling skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership
- Ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment
