Role Description The Human Resource Manager at Silvāna Raipur is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions to support a high-performing hospitality team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing role descriptions, and ensuring a smooth integration of new team members into the property’s culture.

The role involves handling employee relations, performance management processes, and disciplinary procedures, while promoting a respectful, inclusive, and service-driven workplace.

Manager will administer compensation and advantages, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role also leads training and development initiatives, supports leadership in workforce planning, and partners with department heads to align HR practices with the brand’s standards of quiet, attentive luxury.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR policy implementation, compliance with labor and employment regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Experience designing and delivering training, facilitating workshops, and supporting leadership development in a service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software and comfortable working with MS Office tools for analytics and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service industries, particularly in luxury or boutique properties, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, demonstrate discretion with sensitive information, and support a calm, guest-focused culture.
