Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, ensuring effective talent acquisition, retention, and development.

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding recent hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making, identifying areas for improvement in recruitment processes.

- To study and understand the industry and its requirements, to achieve success for entire company.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in an HR role with an industry engaged in Manufacturing and Project Implementation.

- Strong understanding of HRSd (Human Resource Shared Services) principles and practices.

- Proven track record in talent acquisition, management, and development.
