Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Manager role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Human Resource

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the retail and operational teams. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The role also involves handling employee relations, supporting training and development initiatives, and partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs and improve workplace culture.

The Human Resource

Manager will work closely with managers across departments to support staffing, resolve HR issues,



and drive HR best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, with experience managing hiring processes for retail or operations-focused roles.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution, with the ability to build positive and professional workplace relationships.
- Experience with HR operations, including HRIS or HR software, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in India, especially related to retail or industrial environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple tasks, and support both frontline and office staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, preferably in retail, automotive, or industrial sectors.
