Role Overview The HR Manager will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle hiring, onboarding, performance, culture, and compliance — across a diverse workforce spanning the Karkhana (production/chocolate-making), caf & retail experience staff, and corporate teams. This is a hands-on, builder's role for someone equally comfortable on the production floor and in leadership conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring for chocolate-making/production, retail & caf, and corporate roles; build a reliable pipeline for peak seasons (festive gifting, holidays).

- Onboarding & Training: Design onboarding that reflects Manam's craft-first culture; coordinate food safety, chocolate-making, and guest-experience training for Karkhana and caf staff.

- Employee Relations: Be the trusted point of contact for employee concerns; build a respectful, high-trust culture across a multi-location, multi-function team.





- Performance Management: Run review cycles, goal-setting, and growth conversations across production, retail, and corporate functions.

- Compensation & Perks: Administer payroll coordination, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.).

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act (where applicable to the Karkhana), and other Telangana/central labor regulations.

- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, policies, and the handbook; build scalable HR systems and processes as Manam grows across cities.

- Culture Building: Design engagement initiatives that reflect Manam's values — craftsmanship, sustainability, farmer-partnership, and storytelling.
