Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern Recruitment & HR Operations to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain end-to-end exposure to talent acquisition and core HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support day-to-day recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offers

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Support offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and documentation

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support

Assist in employee onboarding processes, including document collection and induction coordination

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Support attendance, leave management, and basic HR MIS reporting

Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications





Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities

Ensure adherence to HR policies and basic statutory documentation

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields (Currently pursuing or 2026/2025 passed outs)

0–1 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)

Robust interest in recruitment and HR operations

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email etiquette
