Manage day-to-day plant HR activities and ensure smooth HR operations at the location.
Maintain and monitor worker attendance, shift schedules, and related records.
Handle employee/workforce grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor overall discipline, compliance with company policies, and workplace conduct within the plant.
Manage sourcing and recruitment for vacant positions at the plant.
Coordinate with local labour contractors for contractual manpower requirements, whenever required.
Coordinate with the Unit Head on all HR and workforce-related matters.
Act as the single point of contact between the plant and the Corporate HR/Corporate Office in Punjab for HR-related activities, communication, and coordination.
