Who Were Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations professional with strong hands-on experience in in-house payroll and core HR operations. If you enjoy managing HR systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees across their lifecycle in a fast-paced, growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws
- Manage employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRMS data integrity
- Track and validate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs




- Work closely with the Finance team for payroll closure and reconciliations
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR operations within defined timelines
- Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and HR reporting requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations with mandatory hands-on payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll processes
- Experience working on HRMS platforms; Zoho People experience is a robust advantage
- Good working knowledge of Excel and HR documentation
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process orientation
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
