I’m excited to share a new opportunity at AMSOne Integration Service Private Limited for an HR Executive to join our growing team in Indore.

AMSOne Integration Service is a growing IT and cloud-based company providing technology solutions to clients globally. We’re looking for a motivated HR professional who can contribute to our Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities and help us build a strong talent pipeline.

Location: Old Palasia, Saket Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 1+ Year

Employment: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: As per experience & interview performance

What will you be responsible for?

- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals & social media
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Managing candidate follow-ups and recruitment status
- Maintaining candidate databases, recruitment trackers & interview records
- Building an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience

What are we looking for?





- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sourcing and resume-screening abilities
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals
- Knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
- IT Recruitment experience will be an added advantage

Qualification Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
