Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic screenings, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.

Experience in IT recruitment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Search, source, and attract relevant candidates for open positions.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate status and interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.




- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ability to evaluate candidates according to job requirements.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- IT recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
