We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, HR operations, and talent acquisition support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, structured in execution, and fully capable of independently managing day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with PF & ESIC filing agencies to ensure accurate and timely statutory filings and complete legal compliance.

· Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll, track attendance, manage leave records, and execute Full & Final (F&F;) settlements accurately.

· Employee Lifecycle: Manage seamless employee onboarding, background documentation, records maintenance, and exit formalities.

· Recruitment Support: Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various open positions within the organization.

· HR Documentation & Administration: Prepare standard HR letters, maintain employee databases, support HR policy implementation, and assist with general administrative duties.

· Employee Engagement:



Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.

· Payroll Expertise: Strong working knowledge of payroll processing workflows, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC), and related legalities.

· Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, filters, pivot tables, and reporting).

· Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.

· Core Competencies: Demonstrated ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
