- Own and support the end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, identify and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate interactions and assess candidates for relevant opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer processes and candidate onboarding with hiring stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



MIS and reports using MS Excel; create presentations and dashboards using MS PowerPoint.
- Drive a positive candidate experience and candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Ideal for candidates with strong communication, interpersonal, networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Looking for individuals with a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Eligibility: Freshers or candidates with relevant internship experience; candidates not currently enrolled under PF (Provident Fund) are eligible to apply for this role.
