Job Title: AR Caller / Senior AR

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Process: Denial Management / End-to-End Denial Management

Billing Type: Hospital Billing (HB) / Physician Billing (PB)

Locations: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Net Takehome Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month (Chn/Blr) , Upto 53,000 (Hyd)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) and denial management processes.
- Perform end-to-end denial management, from identifying denial reasons to resolution and follow-up.
- Analyze denied and rejected claims and determine the appropriate action for resolution.
- Contact insurance companies through calls and portals to verify claim status and resolve outstanding claims.
- Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims within the required timelines.
- Work on Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Physician Billing (PB) accounts.
- Identify the root cause of denials and take corrective actions to prevent recurring denials.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and understand denial and payment details.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim follow-ups and actions taken.
- Meet defined productivity, quality,



and collection targets.
- Escalate complex issues and aging accounts to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts while maintaining process quality.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare AR / AR Calling / Denial Management.
- Candidates with end-to-end denial management experience are preferred.
- Experience in HB (Hospital Billing) and/or PB (Physician Billing).
- Valuable knowledge of US healthcare insurance, claims, denials, EOB/ERA, and AR follow-up.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Chennai & Bangalore: Any Degree required.
- Hyderabad: Intermediate qualification accepted.
