Role Description The Hub Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kaushambi, responsible for overseeing daily hub operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. This position involves coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, monitoring workflow, and tracking service performance against defined targets.

The Hub

Executive will liaise with internal teams and external partners, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and support issue resolution related to staffing, facility operations, and dispatches. The role also includes maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards, optimizing resource utilization,



and contributing to process improvements within the hub.

Qualifications

- Strong operational management and coordination skills, with experience handling day-to-day activities in hubs, branches, or similar facilities.
- Proficiency in basic data management and reporting, including use of spreadsheets, documentation tools, and tracking systems.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail for handling escalations, monitoring service quality, and implementing corrective actions.
- Understanding of logistics, facility management, or staffing processes; prior experience in these domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kaushambi with a focus on punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and willingness to learn company-specific systems and tools.
