We are looking for experienced Safety Trainers who are willing to travel across Pan India based on project/site requirements.
Position: Safety Trainer
Location: Surat/Raigarh/Hyderabad
Travel: Extensive travel across project sites
Experience: 10+ years preferred
Industry: Steel / Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety training programs at various project/site locations.
- Deliver training on Industrial Safety, HSE, Defensive Driving, Road Safety and Safe Work Practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks, awareness sessions and safety induction programs.
- Assess training requirements and customize sessions based on site/project needs.
- Support implementation of safety standards and procedures at project locations.
- Prepare training reports,
assessments and documentation.
- Coordinate with site/project teams for effective execution of safety initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Safety Training / HSE / EHS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in conducting safety training for employees/workers.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Candidates from Steel, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, preferred.
- Relevant Safety/HSE certifications will be an added advantage.
Key: This role involves Pan-India travel and deployment to different project sites based on business requirements.
