Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at project sites.

- Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits.

- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company HSE standards, and client requirements.

- Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Monitor work permits, lifting operations, work at height, excavation activities, and other high-risk operations.

- Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.

- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure a protected working environment.

- Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with safety procedures across the site.

- Support emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and crisis management plans.
