Process: Loan Recovery - Voice Process

Location: Kothrud & Vadgaon BK, Pune

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to loan recovery
- Communicate with customers regarding pending payments

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Min. HSC Pass
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Languages: Basic / Good communication skills required
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred

Salary & Advantages:

- Salary: 11,000 - 16,000 In-hand
- Incentives: Performance-based Unlimited Incentives

Work Details:

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Fixed Sunday
